The mixed-use scheme LEVEL has been delivered

General

On Wednesday 13th March 2013 the delivery of the multipurpose building LEVEL in Leiden took place. After 40 months of working on this enjoyable and highly disciplined project, the consortium of ROC Leiden Zeezijde were very proud to hand over the building to the client GREEN Real Estate.

The guests were received in the entrance hall and given a guided tour through the building. Later the building was officially signed off by Aart Jan Verdoold, Managing Director of GREEN Real Estate and Frans Snaaijer, Managing Director of Visser & Smit Bouw.

On Thursday 14th March the tenants will begin their own fit outs. A parking management system will be installed allowing the public car park to be operational shortly.

About LEVEL

LEVEL is no ordinary building, it is the new face of Leiden. It will become a unique meeting and connection point for many people. Browsing and Buying. Indulgence and Healing. Sport and Relaxation. Studying and Working. In other words, an unusual combination of hotel, restaurant, rehabilitation centre, fitness centre, city spa, offices, shops, parking and the ROC Leiden.

the consortium of ROC Leiden Zeezijde v.o.f. is a collaboration between VolkerWessels-enterprises Visser & Smit Bouw and Boele & van Eesteren.

For more information about LEVEL and the tenants, see the LEVEL website.
