This was an integrated project (construction and services) for the preparation and execution of a fit-out package for Customs Authority with a gross floor area of 9000sqm in the Outlook office building at Schiphol Airport.
In the building are 400 workstations equipped for 900 full-time employees of the Customs Authority, the Financial Investigation Service, the Environment and Transport Inspectorate and the National Food and Safety Authority. The employees have flexible working conditions based on the so-called ‘new working concept’. The floors are decorated according to the OGH principle (Organisation Focused Accomodation).
The project involved construction right through to aftercare.
The project was delivered by VolkerWessels Bouw Schiphol (a trading name of Visser & Smit Bouw) and Bébouw Midreth.
