Visser & Smit Bouw worked together with the client in, for example, proposing the use of precast concrete columns and beams instead of an in-situ construction. The cores were also proposed to be changed from in-situ to slipform construction.
Visser & Smit Bouw was also responsible for the detailed engineering of the construction work.
