Veghel Force-DMV International

Veghel

The works comprised the construction and upgrading of various buildings throughout the factory site.

The project

There were seven separate site locations. The works were performed in accordance with HACCP food-safe guidelines concerning both new construction, alterations and renovations.

Works included:

  • offices
  • new production and storage hall (ranging from ground floor and up to five floors)
  • new loading docks
  • renovation of existing production and storage hall
  • reorganisation of production areas

Nearly all the works were carried out simultaneously and were in direct contact with the ongoing operation of DMV. The new building consisted essentially of a steel structure with metal facades and internally sandwich panel partitions. The floors were formed with stainless steel checker plates.

The main building consists of five floors; the high-rise is about 39m.

Previously, the consortium had satisfactorily completed the construction of Campina Maasdam.
